Meal planning is so important to me and it’s a staple for how I manage my home. Knowing what meals I am making for my family takes the guess work out of it and allows me to focus on other, more important things. Sharing my weekly meal plan with you is a great way to show you just how easy and helpful it is not only for me, but for you.
Steak Tacos

Tacos are probably the most eaten meal at our house. For us, all we need is 5-6 ingredients. Flour tortillas, rice, steak strips, lime, cilantro and red onions. We’ll sometimes add a few extra toppings like sour cream, avocados, and a mild taco sauce. Check out more recipes by Cooking Classy and save to your favorites.
Smoked Sausage, Zucchini & Squash Skillet

This skillet is probably one of my favorites. It’s low carb and some times, we’ll add rice as a side. Making this skillet can sometimes last us two days. And sometimes, I’ll add a bag of frozen broccoli for some added fiber.
Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy

Salisbury steak for me is a 10 out of 10. Each time I make this, my kids are always begging for more. And I’m more than happy to oblige. I can pair this with rice, mashed potatoes and broccoli. It is sooo yummy!
Slow Cooker Pot Roast

The slow cooker pot roast has been on monthly rotation for quite a while. I always start my slow cooker meals in the morning. My pot roast can last for up to 3 days which is a huge win in my book.
Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps

Each week, we try to have at least one meal that we haven’t had before. That meal also must be fun to make and eat. This week, it’s the cheeseburger wraps. I can’t wait to eat these.
That is it for this week’s meals and I am so excited to hear about all that you were able to get accomplished because your meals were already planned out.
